Refund policy

In accordance with Icelandic legislation an item can be returned within 14 days. This is from the day that the item was received. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes tags and original packaging.

SBPEJEWELRY is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail. Any costs connected to a returned item are your own. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 2 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to sbpejewelry@gmail.com. Any exchange, must take place within the 14 days of return right. Shipping cost of exchanged goods is your own.

Please note that special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
